Talking of Bournemouth I saw this today. https://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/s...to-hold-talks-with-jermain-defoe-over-future/. I think he would be a good addition to their team. I still wish we had him to be fair.

If that’s a headed goal from Wilson on 83 mins, I’d take that! I’ve got a spreadbet on his headed goal minutes, bought 3 @ £30. That would make me £2.4k.

Yep, I mentioned it in the top 4 thread this morning. It’s exactly what he was talking about after the plaudits we got in the Everton game.
In the past this is exactly the kind of fixture we’ve started slowly in because we feel like we only need to turn up. Do that against this Bournemouth team and I think it will be a mistake. I have faith in us now not to do that but it’s a game that won’t have a great atmosphere because Wembley will be half empty. We will need an early goal I think. Without it, it will be the usual Wembley scrap.
