Nasty injury which I don’t wish on any player but it gives him time to sort out his wardrobe.
Closet would surely be a better choice of words, seeing as this gives him plenty of time to finally come out of it.

There’s always a pattern of a club in decline like Villa and Sunderland. I’m not comparing their demise to those two but there’s definitely a pattern emerging. League position worsening, squad gradually getting weaker, players running down contracts, no signings, revenue going backwards
Are you sure you're not referring to us?
Squad is actually improving as the young players mature with experience.League position worsening? Nope - we're stable in the top three and that's the best we've been at in donkey's years.
Revenue going backwards? Quite the opposite, it's at a record high.
You can argue the squad considering it's staying exactly the same right now, but those two are just plainly not true.
Looks like both their centre backs are going to be potentially out next week and they’ve Man City next weekend. Excellent...
I agree, I'd rather they were playing Watford or Wolves for example.TBF they could have a fully fit squad and City will beat them. If they are going to be in an injury crisis, far better for the lols if it's against teams where it levels it up a bit.

His self-awareness is on point as always, I see.
