Our only real hope is that arsenal fail to win one of their last 2. I really dont see us beating Everton without son. Our team are also absolutely devastated and exhausted going into the semi final.

I honestly thought this sort of shit was in the past.

Should've known better.

Neg rep me but maybe Europa league is what we need. It’s our level currently, we don’t deserve top 4 at all. This season has been a real reality check for the club, you can build the best stadium in the world but it doesn’t make you a better team.

We've been shit since February.

Squad down to bare bones, average displays, stupid decisions/bad luck/whatever you want to call it and today was quite ironically the cherry on the cake.

Minus the obvious, Ajax on Wednesday, can't wait for this season to end.

We weren’t fine, we were shooting at the goalie, like a team that has 1 goal in 450 mins, we need to sort that shit out if we are to beat Everton
Yeh our finishing was poor. But, we had a lot of time still and if we maintained that performance we probably would of won. I mean they weren't half chances but clear cut ones that we were persistently creating. If we would fail to core after 90 I'd agree with you but ultimately we were in control of the game and looking strong.

Sure maybe we were a little nervous shooting, but like apart from that we looked up for it.

Ok looking at the table our best chance of cl is Burnley holding arsenal and us scraping a draw v everton as can’t see ManUtd not getting 6 points or us beating everton with our non existent squad

Errrrrrrrrrr, what about Moussa, Son, Winks, Toby, Moura, Rose ???

All very good players but as a collective they're all so weak. What an earth was that?! Their keeper was a child, their defence was makeshift but we threw it away, like we always do. Let's be honest, after the Son card we were lucky to come away with a 1 nil.

That City away leg, where we've got through by the length of a toenail (when the game should have been managed so much better at 3-1 up) has masked an entire season of inadequacy. I for some deluded reason think we'll stumble over the line, but wouldn't be surprised if we didn't and we were playing Kosovan beetroot farmers next season. So belivabely unbelievable. So Spurs.

Kneejerk for sure, but if there's one time you can be excused is when your team pisses away it's future against fucking Bournemouths B team.

I think it is paramount that we get 3rd for CL - I can see Arsenal vs Chelsea final in Europa & one of them will take the 4th place away. We don't stand a chance in the final regardless of who we meet if we were to get there in the first place. Right now, 3rd is out of our hands unless Watford can turn over Chelsea or at least get a draw, then we have to win against an in-form Everton. The only way is the Spurs way and that is a worry :(

4th place isn’t effected by someone winning the el. The only way it effects if we win the cl(finishing 5th), and 6th wins the el.

If you’re not willing to read post after post about it, go and fucking look it up yourself. Lazy thick little c**t.

But again....you are assuming that I know/knew that there are lots of posts - a knowledge that you have because you seem to have read them all.

You just don't get it do you? I asked the question not knowing that this has - according to you - been answered a million times.

How can Europa League be 'our level', when we're in the Semi-Finals of the Champions League.

We’ve just got to hope now that Chelsea and Arsenal continue to be as bad as us. Although I suspect that defeat has given them both a massive boost.
