The mistake was to think Winks could step up and play games, alongside Lamela being perma crocked and Wanyama struggling for fitness.

Huge fucking blunder selling Dembele and not bringing in a replacement.

I don't particularly blame son for getting sent off. Got punched and he reacted like anyone would. Foyth on the otherhand was an absolute idiot.

Honestly, where are the goals coming from against Everton?

Well I think after we get decimated by Ajax in the second leg, the players may realize how much they have fcked up this season and might sneak a win off Llorentes head.

How can Europa League be 'our level', when we're in the Semi-Finals of the Champions League.
We won't even win the Europa League even if we are in it. Our season will end next week with Ajax teaching us a footballing lesson. As much as i hate to say this, we are a cursed team.

Last three/4 months have been like the bad old days where we lost every other week. Our recent form is relegation level.

You’re not far wrong. Newcastle and Southampton have only lost 3 games a piece more than us over the season. That’s astonishing considering they’ve only recently secured safety in the league.

Does it fuck. Levy has hardly gambled the future of the club on us being top 4.

The reality is, we’ll be shopping for the same type of player in the EL as we would in the CL.

It’s not great for the club, but it’s not quite armageddon either.

Will be worse than mind the gap if we get EL this season. No one does capitulations like Spurs, we’re entertaining if your not a Spurs fan, that’s for sure

Pawson bottling that penalty as well. I hope Poch calls him out and takes on a 3 game match ban. Say it like it is. He's not fit to referee high stake games like this. Shambolic.

I understand the sentiment, but it's not worth going overboard at the end of the season and with VAR coming in. Hopefully he'll be constructive with his criticism.

Son shouldn’t have reacted like he did- that was on him. But often players don’t get sent off for that

But Foyth? You’re on for 58 seconds, with a man down and a game with multiple millions of pounds riding on it and after going on a 40 yard run and lose the ball, you show your studs and get sent off. That’s a serious mentality issue, right there. He should have had the presence of mind to know there was no need for that kind of tackle. That’s more worrying in that he’s being billed by some as Toby’s natural successor

Foyth was stupid, and it deserved a red, but he's a 21 year old kid with less than 40 first team games to his name in his entire career. He really needs to learn some lessons from this season and he needs to play more games.

We'll lose to everton & united will win both games so we need both arse & chelski to drop enough points for us to scrape 4th. Which won't happen

Call me a fake fan, but if we blow top four this season I'm going to make a conscious effort to care less about spurs from next season. Doubt I'll be able to do that, but I'm going to fucking try.

Decided to do that myself after the Leicester season - it's honestly improved my day to day life. Also stopped following things like BBC Sport/Sky Sports/MotD on social media etc.

Been great to be less bothered about football tbh.

I'm in the same boat. I've had a season ticket since I was 12 but the more I get older, the more Spurs takes a toll on my mental health, and I begin to question whether it's worth it. I think i'd enjoy watching football from a distance as a neutral, but the money and emotional investment required to follow Spurs is more than I can handle I think.
