I’d always have taken being level at half-time, even if Jose was still in charge. Didn’t expect us to be so clueless in possession though.

This game is a very good example of why refs should face more scrutiny. There should be a panel that score them and the leagues and competitions they ref should be chosen based on that score.

Score them on things such as consistency etc.
Insane that this doesn’t exist and that there is no accountability for any of their actions which can legitimately ruin a club.

Only positive is it’s goalless.

I’d like Mason to just be proactive and not come out with the same team and system and expect the players to do anything differently...

Was gutted to see Winks on the starting XI. Glad to see Mason had a change of heart and not start him after all.

Assuming he'd made the same challenge had he got the yellow card he deserved earlier of course.

Exactly and that's the point. If he had received the yellow when he deserved it he wouldn't have dared touch Moura there. By letting him off he knew he could take him out there. Annoying.
