The away kit is genuinely an absolute insult. It's a novelty kit that a tiny club wears to get a couple of pictures in the paper for 'most zany kit'. Without wishing to sounds like a dinosaur, imagine asking Bill Nick to send a team out wearing that. He'd knock you out. Genuinely small time and completely belittling.

I find all the frothing and foaming about this away kit to be a bit extreme.
Just like when people moaned about last seasons green kit “not being spurs”
I think it’s a strange way to feel when, in our most recent significant success, we wore a green kit with a zany pattern on it.
And it’s become iconic- far from an insult.
I quite like it - although I want to see the shorts/shirt.

I am a frequent moaner over the years about our kits, but quite shocked, this year can’t complain.
My doctrine has been the kit manufacturer can mess around with the change kit as much as they like, but the home shirt has to be a simple brilliant white.
the bonus for old psychedelic and trance music fans like me is that 2nd kit
might be the first top I buy in years
ok well maybe the goa beach rave top should have been the third top, as ideally 2nd kit should be dark blue....oh yeah the red sponsor is still an abomination...but all in all a better year I think

I was in the Spurs shop on Wednesday, and someone who works there told me the away kit would be out in ‘two weeks’… has to be out by start of season I guess
