Why are so many of our own supporters willing to accept a deal of money and through in this player or that player just because he has thrown the toys out of the pram. He has 3 years left on his contract of being the highest paid player in the clubs history and he was quite happy to sign it, so why should we make it so easy for him to go unless another club meets our true valuation of him.

The Kanes and City have to realise that Spurs have all the cards here. He has three years left on his contract.

If we dig in and refuse to sell, is Kane really going to sulk through a whole season when he is absolutley determined to get the PL record and with the World Cup coming up? Clearly he doesn't give a shit about Spurs, but he certainly cares about England and personal records.

And he might also want to consider his position as a role model. Throwing his toys around and completely disprespecting his club doesn't look too good as the England captain

BTW - I am waiting for all of the "He's too professional to down tools" crowd to show up soon.

That went out the window the moment he went for the Neville interview.

I'm really glad you mentioned that bloody 'interview'. Now we see exactly how that sickening episode was carefully designed by all involved to create absolute chaos within our club. So GN casually asks him who he'd like most to play alongside in the premiership, and Kane says straight away 'Kevin De Bruyn'. Not Sonny...Kevin De fucking Bruyn and then he says (if I remember correctly) 'Imagine how many goals I'd score if I payed with KDB'.

I think Kane's popularity with the Spurs fans right now, is probably plummeting by the hour.

Kane will end up having to grovel back to the fans and club, it's mental that he's made this move when City aren't even meeting our asking price.

Normally players do this when the club have made an offer which is acceptable, and they were told was the asking price, but then the selling club renege and reject still. That is when players normally strike. Not now...when City aren't even willing to meet our price.

Kane's are thick.

Wow! I'm pretty shocked in the speed at which so many people have turned on Harry!

It's not as instant as you think. This has been simmering since that Neville interview, especially the timing of it. For him to show up at training is the bare minimum to keep good will with the fans.

I'll hold back full scorn and judgement until tomorrow/later this week, see if today was truly him throwing his toys out of the pram or if his supercar got a flat tyre and he shows up later this evening saying "hi lads, sorry I'm late. did I miss anything?"

Time to head back to the Romeo thread now knowing it’s a covid test why he isn’t in today.

Does anybody actually know anything or is this all he didn't turn up. Maybe he is sick, stubbed a toe, got
All this talk by Sky that Kane had a gentleman's agreement that he could leave at anytime if he wanted is total bullshit. What's the point of a 6 year contract with all the financial rewards if you have a free option to get out of it. Levy ain't fcuking stupid.
The thing is nobody knows about a gentelmans agreement, that is rumour, nobody knows what Kane has said, that is rumour and nobody knows why he is not there today. Basically we have a lot of nothing here but that is perfect for media clickbaiting everybody.

Haven't been following any developments on SC, but loaded up BBC News at lunch and it seems it's a good day to be a former Spurs fan.
