If it was me. I at least show the respect of being their for day 1. Showing my professionalism and respect towards the club, Levy, Fabio and Nuno.

Then once I've had talks with them I'd reasses my position at that point and determine my next move.

If only he were you then. I can't lie, I was gutted to hear this news. By not turning up for the first day of training with your team mates, with your new manager and Director of Football, you're effectively sticking two fingers up at everyone, the club, the fans and everyone. It's no better than refusing to warm up before the boss sends you on to the pitch as a sub.

I can't get the thought out of my head that we'll probably never see him score a goal for Tottenham again. I can't accept the fact he's done this. It's a real slap in the face for all of us. I'm so angry with him and his dick of a brother that right now, I feel if I was Levy, I'd tell him to go home and sit on his arse and do nothing for the remaining three years of his contract (unlikely, I admit).

Wow! I'm pretty shocked in the speed at which so many people have turned on Harry!
Until we know what's what, i'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he's been told to do this, probably by Charlie and others close to him.
As a player (and person) he's never struck as someone that would willingly use this kind of tactic on his own.

BUT also, to everyone that's getting upset - we knew this was coming!
We really have to come to terms with having a Spurs team without Harry Kane - it's inevitable.

If we could get say £125-140m and Laporte I'd be open to business. Chuck in first option on Bernardo Silva for good measure.
No decent City players will want to come to us in exchange. You’re looking at 3rd string players like Ake or Mendy or u23’s if they’re chucking anyone at us. Has to be cold hard cash or they can jog on.

And the fact he has 3 years left!
Yeah obviously that too but my point was more that the logical extension of their position appears to be we should accept a bid of a tenner. Two facts seems to have evaded these numbskulls - 1). There hasn’t been a bid yet and 2). You have to meet the valuation. This isn’t difficult to understand

I'm just waiting to see what he tries next

Tuesday: post video saying he was always a gooner really

Wednesday: lays down a diss track about Levy's mum

Thursday: reveals he showed Sissoko how to block crosses with your arm "and get away with it" the day before the final

we should take the same approach Dortmund took with Man U and Jason Sancho last summer.

The price is £xm, the deadline is xxxx. Pay up in full by that date and you can go, but 1 penny less and 1 minute over that deadline and you stay.

Ball is in City's court.

This is a summer in which a decent unproven centre back like Ben White is going for £50m. So if Fake Plastic Oil Revenue City FC think the best striker in the world is going for anything less than £175m, they are not paying attention.

Pay the money, by the deadline or STFU, and back to the office Harry

The important thing is, all the fans of other clubs hate Kane. Even when he plays for England. Unless he scores. Then they love him. But that’s not the point. They hate him. Unless he’s linked to a move to their club. Then they love him. But that’s not the point. Spurs fans love him. Unless he misses work one morning. But that’s not the point…

Laporte might - because he is not in Pep's XI, but will want to keep his spot in Spain's XI.

Ah suggestion from this thread above could be a help . The Kanes deliberately enrage the fans and are banking on the power of fan opinion forcing this over the line...seems daft idea ?...who can forget Gattuso fan storm .

At least it would add to the general force behind his move...maybe the Kanes have thought this thru !
Nightmare for Levy...a storm of boos as Kane runs on to the home pitch . Painting himself as bad boy does assist Kane's cause I see that now

And Kane was injured for large chunks of three seasons so maybe we would have had more chance of winning stuff if he had managed to stay fit…
