Has their ITK ever at any time suggested they're putting up more than 150m in value for the transfer? Or they still think they'll get him for 100m plus 20-30m in add-ons?

FWIW none of their reputable ITKs have said anything recently - it's extremely hush hush over there too.
They're all currently losing their minds and debating if Patrick Bamford is a viable alternative

Remember when we were considered the ‘Bank of England’ club and went out and bought who we wanted, blowing rivals out of the water? Done with such more class than the big money clubs today. Then again we’re a Football Club not a franchise, with a proper legacy fan base.
