I never saw the first half:

My Ratings

Cerny 7 - Made an excellent save to deny Anelka, King blocked his view for the 2nd, looked solid.

Chimbonda 6 - Played well, disappointed with his crossing today, hanging them in there when he should had been whipping them in

Dawson 7 - Played very well, looks much better.

King 7 - couple of great blocks/tackles. Cant blame him for their 2nd because if he committed, SWP would had dummied him.

Lee 7 - Played well

Lennon 7 - Looked good. Beat Cashley a few times.

Boateng 6 - pretty much anonymous.

Malbranque 6 - played ok, seemed frustrated.

Ohara 6 - so one footed that he cannot possibly be a central midfielder

Berbatov 5 - nothing.

Keane 5 - see above.

Subs

Taarabt 6 - came on and looked lively. Gave the ball away a few times, but won us a few corners and was always a danger

Defoe 5 - touched the ball twice

Kaboul 5 - not on long enough

It did seem like he was playing for Chelsea at times.

If I am sick of tired of him doing all these tricks and getting absolutely nowhere or dispossesed, when a simple pass is on, god knows what the players think of him when he does it.

PASS THE BLOODY THING!

It was difficult to tell who it was, as streams are never that clear, but someone lost their temper with him, when he didn't play a simple cut back to the edge of the box. I think it was KPB.

Starting XI:

Cerny 6 - nothing to do with these two goals, one good save and 1 good commanding area.
Chombonda 4 - apart from his on good run, he was poor and lazy
Dawson 6 - did ok, but very bad mistake at the end
King 6.7 - one of the best for us.
Lee 4 - sorry, but out played by J. Cole. , thanks to no good cover from our LM
Boateng 3 - very poor, blamed for their 1st goal and failed at times
O'Hara 6 - not effecive, but i could give him that rate for high work rate in poor mid. partnership
Lennon 6.5 - ok
Malbranque 5 - annoying
Keane & Berbatov 6 - I feel sorry for them playing in this shit servecs

Subs:

Taraabt 5.5 - ok but lost possestion 3 times quickly.
Defoe - not involved too much
Kaboul - lost possesstion again

Manager:

Ramos 6 - can't do anything with 3 CM missing. Good decision to take Malbranque off in a time Anelka subs which saved him from more boows by Shit chelsea fans. Not much to do with very poor peformance by some players.

notes:

Chimbonda - please last game
Dawson - please learn from your mistakes
Lee - last game please
Boateng - thanks for comolli for this £5m. crap, nothing special.
Malbranque - only effective against average teams

Get rid all of them

He wasn't that bad. He just needs to learn when to pass. At least he tried taking us forward even though he failed at pretty much every attempt in the little time he had. And to be fair, he whipped in some good corners. Berby was really pissed off at one point with him, but he'll learn.

I missed the first 20 minutes, but i thought we missed Jenas today. And Zokora. And Ronaldinho. And Downing. And Green. And Doherty.

I thought it was an ok-ish effort. We're nowhere near as good as them, even with all those players out. King was our best player i thought.

Yeah it was KPB I think, I also saw Berbatov get miffed at him aswell.

Theres no question he has ability, I just think he isnt ready for the 1st team in the premiership yet.

He needs to know he will get a lot better, and more rewards passing the ball and creating attacks that way, rather than being this one man band act he is doing.

Give him a couple of years in the reserves or out on loan in the Championship.

Second that!

Only IMO Cherny is seriously to blame for the 1st goal. It was a 35 m. shot in his near corner, he should have saved it...

so, what can i do for some of our players when they were poor ?

you can't give the strikers 5 as lowest ratings and your Mid. line was crap.

I can't agree with this when his teammate give the oppositiob a space to shot. It was clear invitition by Boateng

The sooner Juande gets in the new midfield the better!!!
We just could not compete against their mid men. That is why Berbs and Keano were stranded.

Exactly.

Given the futile midfield, it's not that difficult to isolate the strikers from the game, especially if Berbatov is not on his day.

BTW, Berbatov won't play at his best till the second week of February. Not because he doesn't want to.

I would say this was not Cerny's fault . This very powerful shot was RIGHT in the angle of post and bar .

It could not have been bettered .
