He had a really good game, especially considering how we were set up. However, as he already plays for us our fans would rather salivate at old slippery arms

When he passed to Kane in "Offside" after that awesome run on the side. A player with confident would hammer that in the corner. He really needs a confident boost, there is clearly so much talent there

In the corner, eating crayons.

He was getting the usual "ffs Stevie" in the match thread. I only watched the second half but thought he looked really good, again.
Yes, he could do with scoring but everything else is there so I'm more than happy to give him another season.
He seems to be pretty consistent too, unlike Lucas.

Decent performance again and I think he’ll grow in confidence with more game time.

hes still only 23 and younger than reggie who seems to get a bit of slack. Odd.

Pretty much everything bar scoring.
I think he's a good player, quick enough, strong, skillful, good movement and a pretty good eye for a pass. Works hard too.
Not sure I agree if I’m honest. His final ball is also poor imo, like today when he should have found Dele

Got into some great positions but his end product was lacking. Should have made more of both chances.

Probably a confidence thing and hopefully it will improve

I think we underestimate or perhaps just forget how often under peak Poch Spurs a player like Bergiwjn would have been in those opportunities. Son/Kane/Dele/Eriksen constantly missed those chances but we were on the front foot and in attack SO MUCH you could flex those screw ups because you had 3 or 4 more like it per match and if not others did to balance it out and fans would forget. Our current setups under Jose and through the first 2 games under Nuno rely so much on making that 1 or 2 chances matter it makes everyone look so much better or worse because you remember every single one.
