Like most I’m happy to move on now. No one begrudged him a move to city just that he went about it in a dickhead way but I’m happy to blame City and his brother for that. No need for an apology just start banging them in again and I’ll be happy.

He’s not going anywhere in Jan so I wouldn’t worry about the wording of the tweet though “summer” was more than likely chosen instead of “season” for the very reason why people are concerned but it’ll take even more money in Jan so I can’t see it.

At least we don’t have to deal with bollox to the last seconds of the transfer deadline.

I hope you are trying to be funny.

Mostly…. But …. Read the tweet, it only says he’s staying the summer. Harry’s commitment isn’t as full as it seems. One sniff of oil /slave money in jan and he’ll be pushing for a move again.

The BM lot are averaging about a page a minute in the Kane thread. I don't think they're taking it well.

Edit - scratch that, they only have 10 posts per page. Rookie numbers.

SSN's narrative coming across as them being absolutely gutted. They're asking already, are we going to be going through this again in January?

It's good he is staying but the fact he says this summer and the whole silence and confirmation that there was an issue has to me tainted my opinion on Kane. All that will happen is he will play well and then push for a move next summer and during that time we get to see Sky push on with their Kane agenda again, every week it'll be stated during a match how he should leave and if city don't score in some games then they will most likely talk about Kane then as well. It's very predictable.

I mean in the end, we still won both of our games, no tangible damage has been done and we can put this charade in the memory bank

So you are saying bench him for next few games, but you will get behind the team.

We need our best player to play for "the team".

Yes because the "Team" has won 2 difficult PL games without him. I wouldn't drop anyone for him just yet until he's got match fitness up.

So we just set the precedent we drop someone for him because he sent a tweet? That's just going straight back to overly relying on him again and solves nothing.
