Class is the word for him, makes it look easy in the middle of the park.
Winks for example is playi by as well as he has done for a long time under Conte but Bentancur came on and looked effortless in comparison to winks.

Nice little taster. What I also liked was that he would not let Bissouma get past him, there was no way he was letting him away.

Love that his first touch was snuffing out danger on the edge of the box.
Just seemed to be everywhere from the moment he got on the pitch.

Agreed. We need 1 more CM this summer to join the four we have. He would be near the top of my list. PL ready. Brings a slightly different dimension than the others. Which is perfect. Conte wants variety in his squad. He has a bit of Dembele about him.

WHU - Rice is a big player for them , Defensively and driving forward . Im going to risk criticism here and go boldly with a comparison . He could be our Declan Rice. It’s a hope more than observation, he did show good football signs that look promising.

I had that same thought…he sort of glides around the pitch and is so composed. I don’t know if he has the offensive instincts of Rice but he does have that look to him.

He had a presence about him so time will tell. Rice is established as a top player so comparison after 15 mins is s bit silly but I’m optimistic in his ability.
