Not sure what a hilt is either apart from wife keeps asking if I’ve put it to that level….
This time last year, I was one of those unconvinced he was right for us. I wasn't totally against him coming but I definetely felt he was wrong for the club and a potential disaster for us.
I'm man enough to admit when I am wrong, and this is possibly the most wrong I've ever been about something.
What this man has achieved, from where we were, with the team we had, playing the football we were playing to finish top 4 is outstanding. Truly outstanding.
Anyone even contemplating champions league football when he arrived would have been laughed out if here with directions to the nearest mental health team.
Whatever it takes, we need to keep him. Whatever he wants. Give it him!

I definitely think there's a few that could be done quick, with players out of contract and Torres who has a buy out clause (include Lo Celso in the deal?)

I've been in that camp sceptical of Conte with the whole he needs a lot of expensive players to perform but he's right to compete against City and Liverpool we need 4-5 more top players. I'd trust him more than previous managers including Poch that if we do spend this summer he will have us competing. We're thin on the bench, need more quality in the first 11 and we have loads of games next season. I hope he gets backed

Levy has no choice but to back him - it would be absolute bedlam if he walked and would be such a clear sign that the club has no ambition.

He has delivered beyond expectations I don't think many would have thought he would have got us back in the CL from when he came in. But he has, a remarkable achievement. Probably get Kane to sign a new deal. Enic need to back him. Stadium, revenue increase pointless if we don't take the next step. He can definitely compete against Pep and Klopp. It's our best chance.

It might have been "nicer" if he could join in on the euphoria that most fans feel atm, but i totally get why he's doing this – great strategist both on and off the pitch.

I'll imagine there will be one big PR push in the not so distant future with Conte committing and either player news (existing or potential new recruits) and/or stadium news to accompany this.

I think Paratici should get an honourable mention for Bentacour and Kulu in January as I'm not sure we'd have got it without them.
