NahMuch better than bissouma
NahMuch better than bissouma
Much better than bissouma
Not from what I've seen - literally not on any level. In fact, while I concede that FP and Conte know immeasurably more than me, I'd bet my house that Bissouma would outperform McKennie next yearMuch better than bissouma
I've no idea...... but Bissouma has bossed game in the EPl and no one cay say for sure that McKennie will make the step up to the Premier LeagueMuch better than bissouma
Nothing like an ITK post starting tease.Tease. Good times. Very good and happy times…
Feels like Dan hasn’t got many scoops recently, and this is a lot of rehashing what we’ve heard already. But news about a second CB if the right offer comes in for our current options and a move for Bremmer are interesting. Still think he’s Inter bound though.Dan Kilpatrick transfer roundup - please let me know if I should just post the link rather than the body of the text don't want anyone getting in trouble
How Tottenham could splash out £150m on new signings as Conte plots squad revamp
Rarely has there been so much optimism at Tottenham ahead of a summer transfer window.www.standard.co.uk
Top priority
A new wing-back or two would immediately elevate Conte's side to another level. Matt Doherty and Emerson Royal are two of the manager's biggest success stories, achieving almost cult status by the end of the season, but the club would listen to offers for both, along with Sergio Reguilon.
Conte wants a pair of dynamic, fast and aggressive wing-backs and would be happy to convert a forward, evidenced by the club's pursuit of Adama Traore in January. How many wing-backs Spurs bring in will naturally depend on how many they ship out but Conte would ideally like a new option on each flank.
What else they need
A new back-up goalkeeper, a centre-back or two, a midfielder and a forward. Eric Dier and Cristian Romero are Conte favourites but the Italian wants a left-sided centre-half to compete with Ben Davies.
It's possible Spurs could sign two defenders, particularly if there are attractive offers for Davinson Sanchez or Japhet Tanganga. A ball-playing midfielder is also a priority, along with a versatile forward who can play out wide as well as deputise for Harry Kane up-front.
Possible arrivals
More targets are expected to emerge after Conte's highly-anticipated meeting with Paratici but veteran goalkeeper Fraser Forster is set to be their first signing of the summer on a free transfer from Southampton.
Spurs are then set to turn their attentions to a centre-half. Conte admires Inter's Alessandro Bastoni and Spurs are confident of being able to compete with Chelsea for Gleison Bremer.
Their wing-back targets include Europa League winner Filip Kostic and Inter Milan veteran Ivan Perisic, while Yannick Carrasco of Atletico Madrid has also been mentioned.
Conte likes the profile of Chelsea's Jorginho and could look for a similar player in midfield, while Leicester Youri Tielemans has been linked. Gabriel Jesus's ability to play out wide or through the middle makes him a potentially attractive option, although Spurs would face competition from Arsenal for the Man City forward.
Possible departures
Shifting Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso will be the priority in terms of outgoings, while Bryan Gil could be allowed to stay out on loan on the continent.
Pierluigi Gollini is returning to parent club Atalanta, while Steven Bergwijn, Harry Winks and Joe Rodon are all likely to seek regular first-team football elsewhere.
Others on the fringes of the team, like Lucas Moura, could also go for the right price, while Spurs would listen to offers for their wing-backs, with the possible exception of Ryan Sessegnon, who Conte rates highly and has clearly not reached his ceiling. Promising youngsters Troy Parrott, Alfie Devine and Dane Scarlett could all be loaned out.
Yeah, I was unsure if it was even worth posting. Still, reinforcing what we've already heard - also a link to Carrasco is interestingFeels like Dan hasn’t got many scoops recently, and this is a lot of rehashing what we’ve heard already. Nah was right to post for sure. And yeah you’re right about Carrasco. Think that’s the first we’ve heard from a reputable journo this summer about him (could be wrong on that though)Yeah, I was unsure if it was even worth posting. There are a lot of top quality (without the fan fair) players on that list. Do not be dissatisfied and disappointed it is names you never expected. The top targets has other top clubs keen on them. We hang around too long waiting on selling club, we run the risk of loosing our back-ups.
As long as our back ups aren't Amrabat level

Sounds the same as normal although I’ve a feeling this summer it could be even more competitive than usual with Chelsea and Man U looking for defenders. If the conte/paratici meeting was today then hopefully we should begin motoring soon if that is the case.
Oddly enough, A&C's motto as well.Dan’s article, in short: strap in and strap on.
