I'd say it'd be 50 million minimum.
More in my opinion. Richarlison was 50 + 10 and they were under more financial pressure than Leicester. You also have the English tax. I don’t think they would discuss for any less than 65/70.

We'll not be paying 70 that's for sure.

I think 60 max.

I agree that we won’t want to go beyond 60. But I just don’t think they will accept it. That’s why I can’t see it happening. They will still get 30/40 million for him next year with a year left on his deal.

I guess it depends on who they can get in this summer and if there's value to be had in their other business if they get the funds in now...or who's just simply available for a mini rebuild etc

Lots of variables so hard to say.

100%

If he was clearly the final piece in the jigsaw and we weren’t spending big elsewhere, maybe, but I can’t see we’d be prepared to pay what they would (understandably) ask

Whatever the fee is, and we know what it is (ITK) we've been told we have the money for it (also ITK).
Rather than not letting him go I get the impression Leicester are trying to move it along now.

Is it possible the board would of seen these tweets and decide to pull away? I guess he was a kid at the time, but still pretty offensive.

These were brought up years ago when we were first linked with him. The club would know about them and if we really have been in talks about signing him then I guess they aren't bothered about them.

Unless we try to work Winks into some kind of deal.

I think that's a rather optimistic take, personally. But I hope you're right
