(Zaniolo is effectively Roma’s Skipp but possibly even more highly rated is the point)

It always struck me as quite bizarre that a side managed by Jose bloody Mourinho of all people would be willing to bin their best youth prospect in years off to Spurs for a cut price fee. I don't know what gave the impression that this would be easy.

If that's the case, it's time to move on to Paqueta if he's our backup option. At least get that to the point of pulling the trigger and go back to Roma for one last chance to say yes, and not be shitheads by asking for Skipp.
