He had them train with YNWA on speakers. I just can't take him or them seriously. I'm trying to, but take out the NLD there and it's such a cringe fest.

It does look cringe on the clips ive seen but dont players and managers try to replicate what will or may happen in games? So whilst its cringe, I guess I can kinda understand what lego man was trying to do.

Not even talking about the speeches pre match, it's so much of it. The fans, the staff, Ramsdale's dad. Very little comes off well in my opinion. Maybe only Tierney so far. Tavares as well, he seems like a nice lad. Saka and Smith-Rowe probably too.

I don't know, a lot just feels weird. They mention Arteta being Pep's assistant but when they go to Everton nothing is mentioned. Wasn't he captain there?

I have seen snippets - it does seem all fake - like his damn lego hair.

Think he was captain at Everton - Amazon do engineer their documentary to tell the story they want I guess - wouldnt even call it a documentary but more a soap

No interest whatsoever until the final episode which i'll watch IF they show scenes of the players etc after losing to us.
That is like skipping straight to the jizz scene without any build-up ;) each to their own but there is so much to cringe at it is simply wonderful viewing, even though a lot bits of interviews with their boring players need skipping through.

Also in the first 3 episodes I've not seen one of their players take charge or do a motivational speech or anything its all been Arteta making them watch teletubbies, close their eyes and meditate or get inspired by his cartoon drawings, no wonder they bottled 4th! Bunch of absolute wet lettuce and you simply love to see it.

I found it quite sweet when Tavares was asked what he did on his day off, and he said he went to IKEA with his mum.
Must be getting soft.

Yes it is. He drew those before the NLD at the Emirates.
To be fair he probably Nuno was going to play with no-one in midfield at all so he could say and do what he liked before that game and they were always going to win, the drawings are hilarious though.

Thoughts after episode 1:

Ramsdale came across well. His family obviously care a lot about him and his career, but his dad was wearing a very odd hat.

Aubamayang hasn't said two words to the camera but I took an instant dislike to him.

The bit at the beginning with Saka and the wall of fan mail he got after the Euro final felt very contrived until you realise that with Arteta running about the place he probably instigated it.

Josh Kroenke is weirdly tall and there is something very odd about his facial hair. I have come to the conclusion he is definitely a vampire.

That drawing is hilarious. There's too much nicey nicey about it too.

Like you see it in one of those office meetings that encourages positive vibes or at an infant's school.

That isn't going to help young players build character, they need to be shocked a bit or have the belief put into them with a stronger message.

Brilliant top summary :ROFLMAO:

I would also add that Josh Kroenke looks like a Shoreditch hippie, Arteta loves drawing cartoons and Xhaka is every bit as much of an idiot as he comes across on the pitch and the longer they keep him the better. Oh and their fans are the weirdest ones out there.

I absolutely hated growing up with Arsenal on the up and our club a joke and a mess, but right now sure we are close in quality and the table last year but we are not a joke at all whereas their players, manager and fans are absolute comedy gold banter club and its so good to see and other fans say the same not just a spurs bias thing.
