Said it earlier in the thread, but Postecogluo is a superb manager. Has taken a Celtic team that were incredibly average under Lennon and completely turned them around playing excellent football, improving existing players and signing unheralded players from Japan to build a fantastic team.Yeah I know. But from what I can tell it’s just a load of Aussie’s who keep mentioning him. He’s nowhere near the level we should be looking at.
He’s widely regarded as one of the best, if not the best, manager in the history of the Australian national team and every club team he managed in Oz and Japan he took from middle of the road to title winners within 2 seasons playing brilliant football along the way.
He’s very highly thought of in coaching circles and Man City apparently see him as a potential Pep replacement. He would tick all the boxes of a project manager who’d get us playing the right way and improve our players.
p.s. I’m Scottish and no Celtic fan, so no bias haha
