We have all been here before, we all know what is going to happen soon, it is a shame and we all know the real reasons why which has been discussed many times in other threads. The question is, when the inevitable happens, who would you like it to be next?

Poch - They say never go back but he has unfinished business. He was setup to fail in his last 12 months with no signings in summer and we then sold a crucial midfielder in the winter without replacing him until the rot set.

Tuchel - He is ex-chelsea so will need to be on that list for that reason alone. Our bald headed genius doesnt have any innovative ideas himself so tries to copy other succeasful teams and fails miserably. Tuchel will fail here just like the other ex-chelsea coaches. He wont be a good option.

Franks - He will be a good option, he will see spurs as progression and will value his job here. He can overachieve and thats the type of manager Spurs need.

Graham Potter - Quality coach, he is the wrong fit for Chelsea, his sacking is probably not far away. He would be better fit for ENIC.

Spalletti - Doing great at Napoli, playing lovely stuff. He will be silly to leave Napoli now but Spurs are a bigger draw than them.

Ryan Mason - Understands what to dare is to do means.

Postecoglou - The Celtic coach is highly rated and is regarded as an attacking coach. Their seems to be a belief he will get an EPL job at some point.

Whoever does come in next will need to see Spurs as a progression in their career or has genuine love for the club and wants Spurs to play on the front foot. In the last few years, we have shown too much respect to teams, and too much sitting back. We have really wasted the ability of Kane by playing this way.

p.s. There is no ITK to suggest he is walking or getting sacked. However, the performances and results are not going the direction anyone wants at the club. ENiC have acted decisively in the past in these situations. Then you have the added contract situation. All this leads to the inevitable conclusion that this relationship is not far away from concluding.

If it's going to have to be within ENIC's operating model then i want someone who is going to promote youth.

I think we all want someone that will play high energy, pressing football and is willing to adapt the formation and team as necessary.

Poch or Potter for me.

I voted Poch not necessarily because I want him back but if Conte goes we all know that this is what will happen.

Metalhead

But that's a debate for another thread.....

If Poch was set up to fail - can anyone explain how Daniel Levy would somehow have changed that he would now back him?

If its a project manager under Levy then Pochettino, De Zerbi, or Postecoglou. If we are going to spend some serious money then back Conte.

I voted Poch because that romantic in me feels he might be refreshed and ready to finish what he started. Primarily though it was because I want to feel a connection with the club again and Poch gave me that. I also think he would walk over hot coals to come back and not see it as some kind of favour, which is the feeling that Conte gives me

Chelsea coaches:
Tuchel- Kind of an easy transition since he likes back 3 formations, but he needs more creative players.
Potter- Boehly didn't need long to sack Tuchel, doubt he lasts long. Would make Bissouma happy probably.

Mendes coaches:
Bruno Lage
Sergio Concenciao- Another one who replaced Nuno (at Porto). Don't know much about him but if we go Mendes route he seems to be doing better than others.

Doing well in Premiership this season:
Frank
Marco Silva
De Zerbi

Did well in lower leagues:
Rooney
Kompany

Love pressing:
Poch
Gallardo

Paratici hired them before:
Allegri
Sarri

Spalleti is great but I doubt he comes here.

It will 100% be Poch because fans will fall for it and Levy gets off the hook. Paratici also likes him but whether Poch would work under another DoF, Doubtful.

I'd Like De Zerbi or Gallardo.

But most of all i'd love new investors with Conte properly backed, not getting in wing backs he doesnt want, 5th choice loan defenders and midfielders signed only because they have a year left.....
