Either he's genuinely not a target (which itself would be concerning) or we're getting ahead of the news because he's turned us down and we're trying to save face; not sure which one is worse. It's still early days but for the first time the trauma I've got from the 2021 search has kicked in ever so slightly.

I heard a rumour that Levy thinks he looks too much like the Shermanator from American Pie and he couldn’t get passed it.

That was the end of it.

The stupidity of our club knows no bounds. So we were desperate for nagelsmann the summer after mourinho left, but he chose bayern. We were trying our hardest to get poch after we sacked nuno but couldn’t get him out of paris….. now both are free and NEITHER of them are targets. If we tried and they rejected us, I wouldn’t be upset…. But to not even try is inexcusable.

To pile on to that, maybe we (Levy) aren’t willing to setup a modern structure that Nagelsmann would require.

Bang on. Club only release info like this when something has actively happened.

My bet is that he gave us a dose of truth about what would need to change so we’ve turned round and said we’re not willing to do it.

I can't get my head around any of this either. If this is true I think all roads point to Slott. Would make the most sense if it's under wraps and waiting for them to wrap up the league.
