Tbf mate, I think it’s a Bentley.
Just feels such a good piece of business for the money involved. Gets goals and assists, EPL ready, good age, HG/England International for £40m-45m. Us selling Winks to Leicester makes it even sweeter.
Good to see us making moves early this summer. I don't think there is any other option tbh and need to give Postecoglou the best chance of succeeding.
Hopefully its hitting home that some of our players are nowhere the quality required and need to be pushed out and replaced. Hoping we can see a couple of CBs next and we can finally say goodbye to the likes of Dier' Sanchez and Davies. Even if al don't end up leaving, at least they can be pushed down the pecking order.

This is not just aimed at you, but I am finding quite amusing that everyone is so certain our keeper signing is such amazing business when I’d wager 95% of people on SC had never heard of him, let alone seen him play.
He might end up a great bit of business or he might be shit. Let’s wait and see.

I know they do. That still doesn’t mean we can’t rotate. 2 or 3 changes to the starting line up every game and full use made of the 5 substitutions allowed starting at the hour mark and everyone should get plenty of game time. It’s idiotic to have a 25 man squad(22 outfielders) with 5 substitutes allowed every game and not make full use of all the squad.
