Dubitere Est PerdereWell it's about probability and percentages isn't it as with all transfers. We all know what we have right now isn't good enough, and that is pretty much unanimous.
So lets look at it objectively. If we are buying players in that we expect(Ange and the board) to be first choice starters is it more likely they understand the system, their team mates and managers instruction with more or less time with them? The CB is going to be a player that was identified weeks ago and has been gettable for ages. If we pull a Wolrldie rabbit out of the hat I'll take it all back but that is incredibly unlikely.
So my question to you is simple. Is it more or less likely for us to drop points with a back line full of strangers who aren't clear on what the manager wants them to do, or having a backline that have been training together for a few weeks and with a keeper that's also new?
To hestitate is to lose.
