Nike might be the biggest brand in the world but I don't see why you'd sign with them for that fact alone. If Sketchers or whoever else was paying more money and making boots of an equivalent quality id 100% go with them personally.

In fact I'd actively encourage moving away from Nike if it was my client.
Yeah but you're not Charlie

Really annoying that these Twitter-journalists who like to make out they are well sourced can’t even articulate the basics when it comes to the crunch. 100m EUR plus add ons or 100m EUR including add ons? You had one job guys

I doubt they know. Most, if not all of them, will just be passing on rumours they've heard.

They also make lovely golf shoes so a ton of freebies like that won't go amiss.

Thought it was pretty clear that the €100 million was including the add ons. But given how many people are confused by this, I could be wrong.

well they did make these things called 'Soccer Cleats'

If you go to Sketchers web site now - they don't offer anything remotely resembling football boots right now.

SO, it could be they are paying Kane a big wedge to be the face of a new line of boots coming out soon.

That’s exactly how I read it at first but it’s getting less clear as time goes on

If it’s including all possible add ons then it surely isn’t enough, even if they are easily achievable

"Cleats"??
Fucking Americans!
:sneaky:

To be honest though, it wouldn't be a total surprise if Kane did sign a deal with them, what with his love of America.
Would also be a fantastic way for them to get their name out in the UK market and something I could see them paying big for.
Would actually be a great marketing deal for all concerned.

Its very possible I guess. Can't see anyone remotely credible reporting it though so who knows.

The bid is including add-ons but multiple sources say the combined deal is "over 100m euros" and I don't think anywhere has clearly said how much over 100m it actually is.

Always had you down as a Sketchers wearing kind of chap :ROFLMAO: ;)

In all seriousness in football there really are only 2-3 brands that will pay and represent Kane, if he's moving to Bayern then Adidas makes complete sense, if he's staying then may as well renew with Nike, joint best boots imo and good money.

Spurs Twitter aggregators seem to be jumping on the Bayern media reports - suggesting that Levy will accept.

Only postive - it feels like the saga will end today, one way or the other.
