No he didn't. He said Kane often does that, the players knew it, but they failed to do anything about it. He crititcised his team, not Kane/the ref. One of the most level headed interviews I've seen him do, really.

First of all, well done to Spurs; they fully deserved their victory. Their midfield three of Dembele, Dier and Alli were excellent, as were Vertonghen and Sanchez at the back. It was an excellent demonstration of pressing football.
