I'm just pissed off that we lost to that lot really.

So much diving and cheating over the two legs and I've no idea how Chiellini wasn't sent off in both games and Balzagi wasn't sent off today, but fuck it. Frustrating.

We gave it a go, we dominated large parts of the game but our finishing let us down today.

The pub was in shock when Juve got their first and it is by no means a Tottenham crowd where I live. Learning curve.

well in this game, from being in total control. we failed the game management, whatever word you want to use, we crumbled which led them to score the winner.

I don't think we crumbled, we had a poor 5-10 minutes when they ruthlessly exposed it and got two goals but we didn't go on to lose 4 or 5-1.

10 minutes at the start of the first leg and 5 minutes in the second of naivety. Poxy Spurs.

Why was Moura not subbed on ?

I love Poch but mystified by this.

Get him on if only to run into the melee and try and get a peno.. plus he’s shown an eye for a pass already.. Poch did also look shellshocked I think, it’s new ground for him as well..

I just can't take those criticism from the commentators and I have no idea who they were. Sounded like Owen? Throughout the game there was nothing praises for Juve.. Experience at the expense of integrity? Come on they are dirty old fucks.. Get those shit criticism out and show some balance support to the team from your country at least.. Biased commentary wrecked this even more.
Gerrard, Lampard and Rio are very fair with their comments and overall assessment

From 1-1 on this was an Italian masterclass. It was an experienced team with winners knowing what they needed to do to win the game.

We are at the same curve Man United were before they won in 99 and at the same stage City were a few years ago. Winning cups even a League Cup would change the mentality of this team.

In many ways the FA Cup takes on more importance now. Pochettino cannot put out anything other than a full strength team.

We need to win a trophy to give this team real belief. Otherwise we are this generations version of Kevin Keegan’s Newcastle. Played great football, loved by the neutral, but never won when it mattered most.

We ain't loved by the neutral

We played a football match and we lost a football match. We had two lapses at the back. You're just regurgitating what people on social media and the internet trot out when we lose a football match.

Get a grip.

They’re a top side, and we’re inexperienced at this level. It was a big improvement on last season in the CL.

No excuses for the second half but we were unlucky to get Juve at this stage having won the group.
Yes we’re inexperienced but if we’d have gone in two up at half time I think we’d have gone through tonight.
We’ve been for too lackadaisical in front of goal for months and haven’t put teams away when we’ve dominated them.
Properly bit us on the arse tonight when over the two legs we’ve been the better team.
We gave them a proper scare but absolutely gutted!

Tough learning curve

Im gutted but proud of how we played through all but 6 minutes of a two CL tie against a club that can beat anyone on the night.

We have to learn from this as a club, Man Utd had to in the Cl in the 90's.... We've improved in the league each season mentally, we now need to learn how to win cup ties..

The FA cup is now a huge test for us

still proud

We are a young team and over the two legs were the better side. Unfortunately, a few lapses in concentration (what was Davies doing?) have cost us. Also shows that at the highest level you cannot spurn the chances we did in the first half. Juve had two chances and scored twice.

Overall I’m still proud of the team and just hope they can pick themselves up and we don’t have a hangover for Bournmouth. It’s very important we finish in the top four and the more experience of these games we have the better the players will game manage.

23 shots 1 goal. Switched off for 3 minutes and we are out of the competition. Look they’re 6x in a row Italian champions, 2 x finalists last 3 years and 20 games unbeaten, no shame going out to them just disappointing the manner we went out after such a good 1st leg result and being 1-0 up.

We were never going to win it this year but we stepped up a level from last year, hopefully we can go up another one next season in our own ground.

I dont care what anyone said, we bottled that last 35mins. Start of the 2nd half they were racking up yellow cards for fun and were rattled. Shit defending cost us.
I swear all you people claiming bottling completely missed the tactical change Allegri made that completely sucker punched us. It was brilliant coaching and before we knew it we were behind.

Anyone using the b-word should be banned. Tonight was nothing to do with that. We had all pressure and chances after 1-2, we never did a PSG who switched off completely.
