The first three phases are all people who've had season tickets for 11+ years. The split is in the loyalty points, so those who have been to more away/cup/European games have more points than someone who has 'just' been to the 19 home games.

More away games in the past 5 years rather than the period of their season ticket...

Which is the only way to do the loyalty point system really. Otherwise the popular away games get filled up with people who don't actually go to most aways any more, while those who still travel up and down the country every other week miss out on Arsenal away.

I bought four season tickets for me and my sons around 1994 when Klinsmann signed, and getting tickets got more difficult. I have had them ever since.I was originally given phase one for two of the tickets, and stage four for the other two, even though we had attended the same amount of games.
I rang to complain, and was pleasantly surprised when I was dealt with good customer service - not something that is always the case with anything to do with Spurs and tickets. I received an email two days later saying that they had checked it out, and they had made an error - all tickets were allocated to phase one. So if you think you are in the wrong phase, it is worth complaining.....

And the ones who travel regularly will there accumulate enough points over time to get the tickets they want. The system works!

It should probably be renamed from loyalty then. Who is more loyal, a bloke who has had a season ticket for 50 years who went to his fair share of away games when he could or the youngster with no real commitments and gets to 5-10 away games a season now having had his season ticket for 5 years!

The loyalty system can be played well too. I have a friend who has had a season ticket for 3 seasons who buys a pair of away tickets every game with his mate who he got a season ticket with and then they flog the tickets on twitter for face value. They sell them every game with no struggle and they are getting the maximum loyalty points out of it.

That's definitely a problem. People doing that should be warned then banned. Would put a stop to it pretty quickly.

Are they updating the interactive bookings at 6pm daily?

Edit - because if they have already then there’s still bundles of seats left in the south. Tomorrow will be the biggie. Then the 26th. I’d be surprised if there are a significant amount of tickets left for groups in the south stand after that, depending on the size of the group of course.

I vote we stay at Wembley , the season tickets are cheaper and going home at Marylebone Station after the game I go into Patisserie Valerie on the concourse and get a lovely strawberry gateau to take home for me and the missus , don't get that down Tottenham High Rd.

Weird how we get in these little habits. 4 jam doughnuts for me, but only if we win

There are 17000 seats in the South Stand , the first 4 phases accounts for 20000 season ticket holders and not everyone wants to go to the South stand, there will still be spaces for phase 5 applicants and possibly 6.

Having thought long and hard about renewing our season tickets next Monday (Phase 3), we have after 12 years of going decided not to renew. I really feel totally let down by our club and it will take me along time to get over it.
