How dare they, real fans show their passion by ranting on message boards.Goes to show the type of fans who actually go to these matches. Morning and afternoon drunks who have no intention of watching the cricket.
The players should’ve been booed off and given all sorts of shit from the fans. The players know they’re under absolutely no pressure to perform.
Only a severe mauling for Woolwich at the weekend is going to lift me from the despair of today.
Does a hell of a lot more than middle aged men getting absolutely smashed out of their faces, paying no attention to the cricket whatsoeverThe real fans show their passion by ranting on message boards.
How does it?Does a hell of a lot more than middle aged men getting absolutely smashed out of their faces, paying no attention to the cricket whatsoever
Sorry, I’m just not down with celebrating failure by getting smashed. The game is dying and the modern test cricket match goer is one of the reasons for it.How does it?
They know the ashes are gone so they're enjoying themselves...good luck to 'em.
Fair enough, but I think of all the things to point the finger at for this shameful display...the fans come nowhere near the top of the list for me.Sorry, I’m just not down with celebrating failure by getting smashed. How long have you been following English cricket for? Getting smashed has always been part of the make up of an England fan.Sorry, I’m just not down with celebrating failure by getting smashed. The game is dying and the modern test cricket match goer is one of the reasons for it.

They don’t come near the top for me either. However the test game is attracting people who specifically want a day out where they can drink and get mildly involved in the game. The ECB will have no issue with that because they’re bringing the money in and not putting England under any pressure to perform.Fair enough, but I think of all the things to point the finger at for this shameful display...the fans come nowhere near the top of the list for me.
Fair, drinking has always been part of it, but 95% of that crowd are smashed and couldn’t give a fuck about the result. I’m 27 and I’ve been to numerous games where England have been booed off for playing nowhere near as badly as this. How long have you been following English cricket for? Were you booing on your own?Fair, drinking has always been part of it, but 95% of that crowd are smashed and couldn’t give a fuck about the result. I’m 27 and I’ve been to numerous games where England have been booed off for playing nowhere near as badly as this.
Ok. Now I see why nobody on this forum likes you. Were you booing on your own?
No seriously, booed off the field?Ok. Now I see why nobody on this forum likes you.
Being over bowled - he is a spearhead, not a workhorse. When great bowlers like Michael Holding are saying this then we really should be taking notice, but it is not that complicated anyway.Archer now looking fooked
Goes to show what happens when the batsman don't do their jobs and allow the bowlers more rest between innings
Could be worse, could be drunk and not watching it at all. Can't believe I've missed The Chase to watch this shit.
Thats the real crime here.
