Sub Bentancur for Bissouma before they score again. BEFORE.

This mantra of getting the ball moving from the back quickly is leading to some really stupid decisions.

Maddison is also not quite there yet... he was crisp, quick and sharp earlier in the season. Shame about the injury. 🙄

We need to get to half time at only 1 down and hopefully regroup as the game could be out of sight before then if we aren’t careful

Some incredible cheating from Brighton in this game. Reminiscent of the great Italian sides of the 80s. And Brentford

Haven't got the excuse of players not being back now, this performance is poor for the quality of players we have.

Also, continually persisting with the 'play in out from the back approach' when the players are off the boil is just stupid.

I think this is such a lazy analysis. You think the Premier League coaches had no idea of how Ange sets up his team before the start of this season? You think this Tottenham team is a radical departure from how Ange set up his Celtic team?

There are lot of things wrong with us at the moment but the idea other Premier League coaches were so complacent they had no idea how to counter Ange’s tactics before he joined the Premier league is pretty naive imo.
That’s your opinion and I respect that……Well here’s mine

I think you‘re pretty naive to assume that teams don’t study other teams and find ways to counteract their tactics. Simple example of this is our keeper. Every team now knows what to do when they get a corner. Were they that doing that at the start of the season? I might be wrong but I don’t remember seeing that.

I see a lot of people defending this but you have to be pragmatic. We can't keep doing the same thing over and over if it's costing us games. The stakes are too high in the Prem.
