That's kind of the bare minimum done for England in the first two matches against the two other weakest teams excepting themselves. Scotland, France and Ireland are two levels up and though there's the kernel of a style of play emerging I'm expecting nothing but three defeats from here.

What do people make of the Scotland no try at the end? I thought he grounded it on the line.

I understand why they called it the way they did, I personally thought it was probably grounded past the line.....but there was no truly clear view so i understand the call.

Doesn't make it less of a heartbreaker for Scotland.

England have beaten the two other worst teams in the tournament by luck as much as judgment.

Think 3 defeats are now on the horizon but I hope they at least hold their nerve and continue using some of the younger players.

Clinical, wasn't it. If you ask me, only England can prevent an Irish Grand Slam.

I think there would have been a complete revolt if this was put on the table by the RFU.
Twenty odd years ago when Wembley was being built the RFU ruled out hosting football at HQ before it was even mentioned yet here we are now, how on earth was it even an option that they’d consider selling the home of rugby to go and rent a football ground?
RFU finances are on the floor but selling Twickenham and renting Wembley isn’t the answer. You only have to look at the cuts to championship clubs funding and the proposed restructuring to get an idea as to how bad things are at the moment, especially at championship level with a number of clubs in the championship looking to remove themselves from the division because they can’t afford to play in it, really sad state of affairs.

Decent start.for England.

Rugby is getting so soft though. What's that assessment for?! Even the player doesn't know.
