    Player update | Hugo Lloris

Good luck Hugo! I was right behind his penalty save from Aguero in the CL quarter final - what a moment that was - one of his best as a Spurs player - the one I enjoyed the most anyway - a great player and servant to the club

Jose : Spurs are in trouble, and Champions League qualification will be difficult

Agreed but that would probably mean another season down the pan and consequently the potential loss of key players next summer - we shouldn’t kid ourselves - Real, Man City, Man U will push really hard for Kane this summer - this is their opportunity - poch gone and no CL - I would hope we can...

Match Threads Spurs vs Norwich - Match Thread (FA Cup)

My view, I think it’s pretty balanced: Levy has overall done a great job for this club - we were in the wilderness when he joined and under his stewardship we’ve managed to hang onto the coat tails of the other big clubs rather than being cut adrift like Everton or Villa. He has in invested in...

    Jose Mourinho

It’s happening - the football is so bad that the reasonable results can’t offset it. I already can’t see a way JM turns sentiment around before the end of the season - he won’t change his style and we don’t have the fire power now to play poorly and win. The majority of fans will want him out...

    Jose Mourinho

My patience with Mourinho has gone already. He has had bad luck with injuries but he’s had plenty of luck getting results from games where we were comfortably second best. Ultimately I just hate his brand of football. Leipzig was the perfect example - a good atmosphere before the game -...

Sanchez impressed in win over Dortmund

I thought he looked a bit shaky. He will be great for us,I'm sure, but,he's quite raw and Dortmund are top-drawer going forward.Toby and Jan bailed him out on at least 3 occasions last night.

    Barkley must take less

The thing is there are perhaps 11 or 12 players at spurs who are better than Ross Barkley so we can't make him our highest paid player can we - he hasn't done anything to justify it.

    Rose getting another new contract

Yes, but it is the team who needs to win a trophy. Everything is in place for them to do that - great squad, great manager, best training complex in Europe, soon one of the best stadiums in Europe. But ultimately the players need to deliver the trophy.

Victor Wanyama's Tottenham role and his unbeaten home record

Brilliant player. Right up there for our player of the season for me.

Pochettino: 'Maybe we need more quality in the squad'

Isco was the player we needed. But for whatever reason we ended up with Sissoko. I still think we'll have a good season but it could have been a great season if we'd got that signing right. We look devoid of creativity without Lamella and confidence without Toby

Swansea to make move for Nacer Chadli

Chadli cannot play upfront. At least not in our system. The few times he'd been asked to do so he's been completely anonymous. He's talented but not hardworking enough for Pochettino's style of play. It still grates on me that he ducked out of a simple header in the build up to Chelsea's first...

Stoke v Spurs - team news

No mate. We would need to win all our games to win on GD if Leicester got those results. Still up for grabs though but I think we need to win all our games to have a chance realistically

Dele and Harry nominated for PFA awards

We probably have 4 or 5 players who, in other seasons, could have expected to win Spurs play of the year... Toby, Harry, Dele, Moussa, Danny maybe Personally I think Toby just edges it and, therefore, definitely warrants a nomination for the PFA award. Dele will probably win PFA Young Player...

Nacer Chadli ready to answer striker search

Nothing I've seen from Chadli suggests he can play up top. He's neither physically strong enough nor hard working enough to replace Kane. He will continue to get it decent amount of goals drifting in off the wing but the couple of times he's played up top he's clearly shown that he's not up to it.

Confidence, maturity or the right manager – what is behind Alli’s rise?

Watch the last 5mins of the 4-4 v Arsenal - Jenas was brilliant, he almost single handedly got us the result that night. Love him for that.
