    I know that the supplier has been having trouble with getting the materials through the factory and are using alternative suppliers that they don't normally use. There is about a 1/3 of the glass to go, mainly South Stand, not including the mesh that goes over the top in some areas.

    The company I work for is currently pricing the supermarket building shell, offices and hospitality above it. All the information I've seen suggests that the supermarket works will start later this year. It doesn't say when the stadium will be built, but we are tracking it as a future project.

    All building contracts (that have been put together properly) will have a programme included in the contract. From that the builders performance is measured and if they are in delay through no fault but their own then they will be liable for damages.
