Interesting considering we've been led to believe that Levy has no involvement in anything transfer related now.

Apparently Sarr has "squash-buckling ways" and will "pen down a contract" with Tottenham. I think that tells you everything you need to know about the quality of the journalism here.

It also tells us that "there will be a lot of limelight on his talents now".

I typically make it a rule to ignore all of HITC own writing and look for the part in quotes

Sounds like he has the right ingredients?

Very much a Dele-like deal it seems. Get the deal done early before any other big clubs wade in, give him a year to get ready to move to London, be at a big club, learn some english etc, and continue to develop in an environment he's comfortable in.

If it goes through I might have to watch a few Metz games this season.

Very excited about this if we can get it over the line. From the little I've seen he looks very mature for his age and has a really well rounded skill set. I think our willingness to loan him back for the season was probably what sealed the deal.

I watch a lot of French football, but bizarrely rarely see any Metz games. However, French friends of mine say he's a really good prospect and apparently very strong in the tackle (which bodes well for the PL). Good to see us trying to get signings like this.

I don't think that would ever be the case in any club. It says they had a meeting with him at the club, which suggests he's involved in the contract/personal stage. Not the identification or negotiation/scout of the targets.

Pretty normal task for a CEO type role. Not sure I'd want Paratici given free reign over that bit.

Saar was utterly fascinated with the wild tales of Daniel's struggles in school. That had to be the clincher!

I'd accept what you say 100% but they've actually quoted Kaveh Solekol from Sky Sports News, so who knows...

You have to remember most of these twats have been calling Kane our captain for months. Chances of them doing any sort of research into who has been actually speaking our transfer targets is pretty slim.
