I think Ramos, right now, should pick his starting XI days in advance and work with them intensely on the training pitch.
It might not help players progress in the long term, and there is always the chance of injuries disrupting that eleven, but we need results and we need them soon. Ramos should pick the side he wants and stick with them for a few games. We might not get wins but I think we would at least be organised and become more fluid, and that would increase our chances of picking up points.
This may mean certain injury prone or cup tied players have to sit on the bench even if they may be a better player, but I think right now the uncertainty in the build up gamesv is doing more harm than good.
When we are playing better and in a safer position then Ramos can revert back to his usual style, but right now our usual practices need to go out of the window because they arent working.
