ONE HOTSPUR SEASON TICKET AND MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS

Posted 13 March 2013 3:30pm
We are pleased to provide details of the planned renewal process for One Hotspur Season Ticket Members and Bronze and Lilywhite membership for the 2013/2014 season.
One Hotspur Silver, Gold and Platinum Members will be sent a personal invitation to renew in early April. Ahead of this, full renewal information including details of the benefits of membership will be available to view on a special renewal section of our website from Thursday 21 March and Season Ticket Members may renew online from this date if they wish.
Season Ticket Members have until 5pm on Tuesday 21 May 2013 to renew their Season Ticket. Season Tickets that are not renewed before this deadline will be released to Members on the One Hotspur Bronze Season Ticket Waiting List. Please note that this deadline is not flexible and no exceptions can be made.
For 2013/2014, we are delighted to confirm that all adult One Hotspur Members will continue to receive free access to Spurs TV (worth £40) for the entire season. For the new season, we have plans to make more enhancements to the exclusive video content available through this channel and make it accessible across all platforms and devices so it as easy as possible for our Members to keep in touch with their Club.
2013/2014 Season Ticket Pricing
As the price chart shows, we have sought to limit the increase to a minimum (an average of around £1.50 per game), keep it in line with inflation and relative to increased administrative costs. We have frozen the Season Ticket prices for Under 16s and Senior Citizens.

One Hotspur Season Ticket Members wishing to spread the cost of their Season Ticket will be able to apply for a 10-month financing plan operated by the Club’s Season Ticket financing partner, Zebra Finance. We are pleased to confirm that we have negotiated improved terms on previous seasons and full details will be available to review on our website from 21 March 2013.

One Hotspur Lilywhite & Bronze Membership for 2013/2014
Renewal packs will be posted to One Hotspur Bronze, Lilywhite and Junior Members in late April and Members of these tiers will have until 21 June 2013 to renew in order to get their membership card in readiness for the on-sale date of the opening fixtures of the 2013/2014 Season and to retain Loyalty Points. Bronze Members are required to renew by this date in order to retain their place on the Season Ticket Waiting List. Memberships can be renewed online via tottenhamhotspur.com/renewal from 18 April ahead of the renewal packs being sent. Members who pay by Direct Debit will have their membership automatically renewed and will be contacted directly with full details ahead of the process being run.
Please note that One Hotspur Lilywhite and Bronze adult Members will also continue to enjoy free access to Spurs TV for the entire 2013/2014 Season.
Stadium Access Membership Cards
We will be providing new Stadium Access Membership cards for the 2013/2014 Season so please ensure you keep us informed of any change of address. We request that you retain your current card until your replacement card arrives.
Finally, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all our fans for your great loyalty and tremendous support this season and we hope to see you back at the Lane next season.

3-4 seasons. I only got it because they made another 1500 STs available though and loads of people above me on the list declined.

In 1999 we didn't have a waiting list. Bloody glory hunters. That said, we were the Worthington Cup holders when I signed up. Oh the Glory...

what happens if you get offered a ST, but cant afford to take it?

do you stay at the top of the list, and have to wait another year to take it up - or go to the back of the list?

Well I'm exactly 9833 on the waiting list. I only go to games with my old man and he's about 19,000 on the list.

It means I'm going to have a problem if I'm offered a ticket and he isn't because he's so far behind me. If I turn it down don't I get put at the bottom of the list? To be honest, I haven't ever got the money to go to games. Been a Bronze member for a few years now and every year I go less and less. Only 2 games so far this season and that looks like my lot. I wouldn't even be able to afford the cheapest season ticket at the moment.

Where's that violin?

You keep your place on the list. I've been offered one the past couple of seasons and declined both times due to financial reasons.

It just gets offered to the next person on the list.

I think a lot of people are keeping themselves on there for when we get the new stadium built.

The new stadium will cost a lot more to get a season ticket at than the current prices at WHL!

Have to say there was no list when I wanted a ticket. Used to pay on the gate and stand. Then as recently as 14 years ago I needed another for my 2 sons to share, applied and was given one. Slightly more difficult then to get them together but managed. I think this so called list (size of it) is a little bit of a myth tbh, although it may well be getting worse with our recent success.

Some friends of mine bought 4 blocks of tickets in the pre season block thing and within 2 seasons were offered ST's. Maybe a bit more transparency is required?

For PR reasons the bigger the list the better I reckon. All in my own opinion though of course and I may well be wrong.

On a secondary thing, both sons are off to University and times are tight. I'm reluctant to give up the ticket though because they still do need it - there's no easy way to sort that out with the club. It would be good if we could give this up and be given a reasonably prominent place in the queue for the future. A kind of ST holiday with no absolute guarantee of getting it back straight away though. I know a few people that sell half seasons to colleagues/friends etc. Not a good situation when there is such demand - it's almost a ST for life type situation. Hopefully the new stadium will help sort that out.

I used to be a season ticket years ago, when we were crap! I had to give it up due to work, but have been on the list for 6 years now and for the last two have not moved from around the 2,000 mark. I hate having to arrange my life 2 months ahead by booking tickets and always seem to be in meetings when tickets go on sale so don't/can't go as much as I want to.

New stadium soon please before I pop my clogs.
