Can someone reassure me that Arsenal aren't gonna win this thing? I don't want them to win the league but they've won it before so it's not the end of the world but please not the CL.
Recent seasons suggest they don't have the bottle. Relax 🙂

Unfortunately not, but they scraped through the last round, needing penalties, I highly doubt they'll beat Bayern TBH, but even if they do, they will then most likely face City (or Madrid). Start worrying if they get through all those matches, but it is very unlikely.

The only positive is that we play city at home straight after the QF fixture on the Wednesday.

If arsenal beat bayern, then they play us 3 days before the CL semi.

Truth be told, I think they’re probably a better side than most of the QFsts, outside of City and Real.

But, the pressure and know-how of this stage counts for so much more. It’s why City took so long to get to the final and win it. It’s why our journey was so special, too. It defied odds.

So, to sum up, the pressure will be too much, they’ll collapse, we will laugh, and it’s likely the ref will be blamed.

They are. Only thing is that Arsenal's EPL form hasn't really carried over to the CL so we have to hope that continues. Really annoying to think that they could make the semi's of the CL with the only difficult side facing them being one of the worst Bayern sides in recent years. The CL does feel weaker this year though, when you think a few years back you'd have a strong Barca, strong Bayern Munich, a semi-competitive Juventus, a strong Chelsea and Liverpool and not a dog shit Man United and Newcastle making up the rest of the English sides.

So many of the traditional big clubs have been on a bit of a decline.

I could see them giving City a run in the semis because they'd just play it like two PL games. But I think Real Madrid would completely stiffle them with experience and well being Real Madrid in Europe.

What match do we think is better watching tonight? I feel Real Vs Man city should be the better game, but also want to see kane scoring Vs the gooners at the same time 😂

I'll take a 6-0 Bayern win tonight and then Arsenal can win 1-0 in Germany for the coefficient points.

"It's not a goodbye because you never know how things pan out in the future, but it's a thank you and I'll see you soon."
Harry Kane speaking to Tottenham fans on 12 August after joining Bayern Munich.
Tonight, the England captain is back in north London.
Will he deliver a 'goodbye' to Arsenal's Champions League dreams?:LOL:

This Bayern team underperformed in the Bundesliga, this is a very very strong side they have :
Bayern Munich XI: Neuer, Kimmich, Dier, de Ligt, Davies, Goretzka, Laimer, Sane, Musiala, Gnabry, Kane.

No away fans though unfortunately so could be a tricky evening.

Hoping for a 1-2 to Bayern Kane & Dier goals

Looked at the Bayern line up and saw Dier, Davies and Kane and got real Conte flashbacks.

Madrid City for me. Although no De Bruyne for City is too bad.

Feel like Arsenal might shut up shop again in the Bayern games but we'll see.
