I sometimes wonder if Pep is doing a favor for his old club and player Xavi by supplying them some players in Gundogan and Cancelo. Both players who could still be useful for City but I guess surplus for different reasons.

Cancelo and Pep had a pretty epic falling out by the sounds of things, and Gundogan just didn't want to sign a new contract and wanted to try something different. I don't think there's anything to it.
