We were really screwed over by the European draws. It couldn't have been fixed better for Germany's benefit with Dortmund getting the most winnable tie, Bayern knocking out the weakest English team in the CL and Leverkusen knocking out the weakest English team in the EL

Also just to throw it out there, if Arsenal win tomorrow and then lose to City who go on to win the CL in a final against PSG and Villa win the Conference then 5th spot would most likely still get CL. Its not completely done at all
No extra pts for winning the trophy. Really don’t want Arsenal to go through do we.

Am I right in thinking it's equal points if a team does well in the EL and ECL too at this stage?

If so, fuck it, do us a favour Villa you pricks.

Really looking forward to the Bayern - Arsenal match tonight. Hoping Kane can score a few.

I'll probably watch the Man City/Madrid match - more of a vested interest in seeing City win that one.

I figure the Bayern/Arsenal match is win-win. If Bayern win, they knock Arsenal out, and if Arsenal win, that opens up the 5th spot to CL. (But I am ok with Europa League next season, and will be happier with a Bayern win)

I don’t know what it says about me but Sky running an article titled “Why Spurs fans should actually hope for an Arsenal win tonight” has only served to clarify in my own mind how much I hope Bayern do ‘em.

I can't see them beating City or Madrid over two legs regardless of whether they get through tonight or not.
5 years ago today we knocked City out at the QF stage away from home when nobody gave us much of a chance.

Can’t take these things for granted

Gotta say I'm excited for this. That's gotta be the two top teams in the world right now. Surprised that Stones isn't starting for City though:

I’m amazed I tell you, both Odegaard & Saka passed late fitness tests. Praise the Lord

The Bayern squad looks very thin on quality and options tonight... hopefully their experience and cleverness will be enough... 🙏
