Yes, yes it is SD. But as I have already said, we seem to play well against the big teams (Man Utd aside) and have already betean the gypsies at the library. So all is looking rosy from mattyspurs perspective on finishing in the top 4 this year :grin:

We will need a lot of help to get CL this time, as it's obvious we aren't capable of capitalizing on very good opportunities. I sense that the teams above us are not going to be as generous as we will need them to be for us to qualify.

So I'll say this again: we will have to win it this year to be in it next year!

We cocked up in the window and it's crippled our league campaign.

I say put absolutely everything into winning the CL; all in. Everything we've got should go to that purpose.

Two reasons

1. We haven't got a world class striker to bully crap teams

2. With VDV in the team we play 4-5-1. This is too defensive against the lower teams who like to defend deep. Our striker is stranded and midfield over crowded.
