There are such things are real injuries.

I mention this bec he seems to be sulking on the pitch. Doesnt look happy to be honest. Who knows.... Levy may just cut SG ties completely and its not up to AVB.

Lennon also thrives more on a 442 than a 4231.

I don't think Lennon is part of the Stellar Group. That was Siggy, Bale and Caulker.

Are people looking at a squad or 11 players. Avb wants two players for each position. Can we sell him?

Lennon can't be sold, he is one of the best players we have going down the right wing. He will be here come 3rd September, I think if he can stay injury free could be a big year for him.

Lennon is so hit and miss with his final ball that he must frustrate the fack out of AVB.

So, yeah, Lennon could be shifted on to another club... I'd be 50/50 on whether I'd be bothered. I like Azza, and love his pace. Don't like or love his general wastefulness when he gets into good positions.

I'd have mixed feelings about Lennon going.

On his day, so exciting and devastating.

Even his off days, works hard as anyone to track back.

Equally I take the point that long term he doesn't score enough for the 4-3-3 system.

Whatever AVB decides I'll have faith in.

Somebody will have to leave if we want better players to progress, that's football.

If he goes he'll always get a great reception at the Lane - unlike that other twerp.

My only gripe with Lennon is that he's the same player he was 4 years ago. No development, no improvement. Never kicked on, never established himself for England, never added anything to his game. I like him, he'll always have that Chelsea game and on his day he can tear any team to pieces. It's just a shame that his days are so few and far between.
