can every one stop writing off lennon he is such a talent a such a good player he is definitly not second rate as others have suggested IMO he was very unfairly criticised last season when he is only 21 he has so long to go i would love him on the right gio on the left and luka and hudd/zoko/jenas/new dm in the centre i don't see that lennon is so bad that he doesnt deserve to start co in my mind and i assume in juandes mind he will be bombing down the right.

to make another point modric i am almost certain will not be playing down the left next season as he is an out and out AM so dunno why people wanna see him on the left. and same with gio his best position is out on the lesft so i dont know why people wanna see him on the right

Hi SY - i hope Lennon stays and is successful with us - but ATM I can no way see him GDS and Modric all playing reglarly in the same team- I can't see the team starting with all 3 for more than 5% of games -

it's early days, but if I had to bet I doubt we'll even see GDS and Modric start more than 70% of games together -

The reason people are so down on him isnt that he has been terrible, but that he has gone backwards. In 05/06 when he first came on the scen he was running at fullbacks and destroying them. He didn't have a great final ball, but was electrifying and still a teenager, so we figured that would improve with experience.

However, in 06/07, he stopped playing as well. He became our primary source of creativity, with Carrick gone and whenever the ball was in the midfield close to him he would be immediately closed down by two defenders, and he would have trouble beating two guys, and got some bad habits. Now, he is clearly a less confident player who is not even attempting the things that made him so successful his debut season, and we are frustrated because we have seen what he could be and he is now less than that, no to mention where we thought he would be.

If Ramos can reign in his allerged heavy drinking, he is young enough to regain his form. Plus he will be much more effective as he'll be getting much more room to play as the inclusion of 2 new skillful players in our team will mean that our opponents cannot keep on triple-teaming on him.

Ridiculous comments of where we are going to accomadate him with Modric = will play CM regardless of what anyone says & Gio - Will play just as many games as Steed and Lennon, maybe less.

It's a long season, lots of games will be played, everyone will get a chance.

I think we should have a squad of 11 players. Preferably under the age of 21.

We can sell the places on the bench on ebay before every match.

Ka-ching, ka-ching! $$$
