Id like to thank the kind people hanging around white hart lane station and the euston station, who let my grandmother, whos' well into her 70's onto the train before them and gave up their seats for her. She thoroughly enjoyed her day out!

Just saw this on the Official Site for those who were asking about programmes, there's a link and phone number for anyone who wants to order one...

We are delighted to confirm that due to unprecedented demand for Ledley King’s Testimonial programme and with many fans not being able to obtain a copy, there will be a reprint of the programme.

I can only echo others, last night was absolutely fantastic and the exact thing this club needed after such a dismal season. It's reignited my love for the club after becoming really very disillusioned with it after this season.

That is the best atmosphere I have ever experienced at the lane.

Lewis Holtby is going to be a legend. Already looking forward to his testimonial. Now all we need is a coach to play him in the right place.

yeh but I'm question why he was picked in the first place. He had like a match and a half with us.
Ledley's choice. Whoever he chose, it was his choice of who he wanted to be involved and if they were available. If you want to know why he was asked, ask Ledley.

I'm still wandering around with a silly smile on humming
"My eyes have seen the glory of the cups at white hart lane"

It wasn't all just about Ledley in the end. It was a celebration of all things Spurs including the fans. Just a great fucking night and couldn't of come at a better time.

Losing to a buch of OAPs was the final straw for Levy then! I've been so wrapped up in the Leds love i didn't even know we'd sacked our second manager in 6 months!!!

Sherwood took over management of Ledleys 11 due to Hoddle not being there due to his mother passing away, Ferdinand and ramsey were in charge of the Spurs team

OMG last night was easily the best time i've ever had at the lane. Loved every minute and thought the atmosphere was amazing. Ledley was obviously the star of the show but seeing Ginola in a Spurs shirt again, with his little paunch, really was very special.

So glad it was just Tottenham, no one else, no one looking in, no bullshit. it was just one massive tottenham boys & girls private party!
I said the same thing. It wouldn't have been half as good had it been against any of the top European teams. For us old enough to remember all the old players , it was a wonderful night, and for those not old enough, they were able to see why we still talk about them. With it being all Spurs' players, it was like one big family. :)

Great evening but was Sherwood there???

I've just sat here for a while watching the sexy ginger one in your signature. I miss him :-( Especially when he got wet by the rain and looked even more fuckable.
