£1 on West Ham to win 3-1, Villa and Swansea to win 2-1 and a 0-0 draw at Newcastle will bring me a nice new years present. All I need now is the aforementioned teams to score the appropriate amount of goals. I have been let down in the past by teams not playing according to my betting slips.

I feel you. It's just way too unpredictable. But most of the times, they tend to perform based on the odds given out though.

placed my best bet of the season over new years - £5 at 5/1. A treble on west ham to beat West Brom, Ar$e to win away to soton and the chavs to beat us.
Not a single one came in and that was five on the best pounds i've gambled.....

lot of big games there that can go either way so not a big stake. does give quite good odds though

Got £43 out of Burnley, Chelsea, West Brom, Bristol City and Burton today. I had a brief temptation to stick it all on Harry Kane to score first at 9/2, but thought better of it.

I definitely be tempted to cash out.

Two big no no's in betting for me! Betting on Spurs and betting on the FA cup
Might just cover the bet, stick a tenner on draw/Burnley at 6/4, guaranteed something back then. Also get my stake back if we don't win.

We struggled wth our first teamers vs Burnley, what makes you think the outcasts are going to be able to over come them?
I put the bet on yesterday mate. I didn't know our team. Home game, chance for a few to impress ......
