Why has it become that?He said something that a lot of people have been saying for a while. Booing and tension in the crowd translates onto the pitch. Jim White called White Hart Lane a Palace of Whinge and that is exactly what it has become.

There is undoubtedly mental weakness, but I suspect the apparent lack of application has a lot to do with the intensity of Poch's training methods. In time this might pay off wih increased finess levels, but at the moment the players just look knackered. The Europa is not helping either; two players who played in Greece were apparently not selected for Stoke after complaining of extreme tiredness.Don't make me laugh, we can see de effort ye put in on de field.
Well, i'd suggest that it's several years of decreasing success, commitment and ambition from the team and management. But chicken/ egg. It's certainly a catch 22 whichever one considers the driving factor.Because for the most part we are an over critical bunch of moaners that have very little patience?

It always has been. I don't see it as a problem. When I was a kid it was the same. Paul Allen used to get crucified.
This is a proper football club. It's not playing at Wigan in front of 15k fans.
Give the ball away under no pressure you will get groans. Lose week after week at home you will get pelters. There is no where to hide at whl, deal with it.
... and this hasn't happened suddenly. Even back in the 70s and 80s, it was always a more positive experience supporting Spurs on their travels. The team may have played poorly, but they were still our team, and we didn't seem to have the same irrational sense of entitlement as the crowd at WHL.Because for the most part we are an over critical bunch of moaners that have very little patience?
