Great to hear a player praising the manager and acknowledging how much he focuses on getting the best out of his squad.
Harry is old school and knows all about this, as did Bill Nicholson and as do all the other great managers who understand as much about communication and encouragement as they do about training and tactics.
We love you and your mum too ade my son
[FONT="]He's been playing triffic for CSKA from the start and is in great form now.
Skilful and awesomely quick, and scores lots of goals. I really want us to get him in January. Doumbia that is. Last week he scored hat-trick against Anzhi and was better than Eto'o.

I was actually looking forward to getting some insight into what makes Harry a fantastic manager but all we learn, once again,is that he tells them all to run about and do their thing.
Ostrov, have you any idea what he would be worth in the transfer market?
IMO, once a player, or players reach a certain level of proficiency, the thing that makes the difference is confidence. This applies to all sports and sprotsmen/women IMHO.
And that is what makes HR the manager that he is. He instills the confidence, the players perform, and they love him for that.
Redknapp is the polar opposite of Rafe Benitez, who IMO, puts far too much emphasis on tactics, and not enough on man management.
Look, you know these players have no idea of what they're talking about, don't you?

Everytime this argument crops up I feel a compulsion that Forest players used to comment that they would hardly see Cloughie untiol match day, but it was his man management, the belief he instilled, that set himaside as exceptional.
The other thing Cloughie got right was having Peter Taylor scout out the players he needed so that all the parts fitted together, which is another area in which Harry has improved us, certainly compared to the Comolli years.
what else is he gonna say?
The bloke who's opinion matters most with regard to his selction and when interveiwed praises him shock horror.
Of all the things you could list of a amanger , motivation is one skill set but there are many others.. i think the lack of praise of other aspects of Harry's skills is conspicuous

I am afraid not cheap. I don't know how long his contract is, some say 4 years to run. So in this case they can command up to 30 m euro considering he's not in major league. He's only 23.
SFOT guys.
In the Russian campaign so far he's got 17 goals from 25 league matches, as well as 25 goals in 36 games in all competitions.
That's a goalscoring ratio of 0.68 goals per game in the Russian Premier League, and a 0.70 goals per game ratio overall this season.
Considering most managers dream of signing strikers in the 0.50-0.60 ratio, it's no surprise Doumbia's ratio means his club values him at around £30 million.
Having a higher goal scoring ratio in the EPL is a lot harder than the Russian league
I don't know who, but some player said that all African players love Harry. Apparently he's fluent in 50 African dialects.
Is Harry Spursking in disguise? Or vice versa?
