I don't like Adebayor as a player. He's scored so may goals that i can no longer say he's rubbish, but he doesn't have the attributes I like to see in football. The guy dribbles with the inside of his foot, like the shit kid at school that no one wants on their team. But he's now put on so much bulk, that he's grown into a monster. It's so difficult to deal with in the air, or push him of the ball (hence he can get away with dribblib with the inside of his foot).

Hleb in talks with Barca:

Adebayor agrees terms with Milan:

Arsenal's house coming down like a pack of cards. That would be 3 of their major players gone, 4 if you include Lehman. Fabregas next?

Fabregas is of course currently training and socializing with the Spanish squad. If L'Arse allow Hleb to go to Barca, you've got to imagine Fabregas will be pretty jealous. Adebayor leaving too could be the proverbial straw that breaks the Scum's back, and provokes Fabregas into doing a Ronaldo and demanding a move.

Here's hoping.

Hleb and Adebayor would take a chunk out of Arse and if Fibre goes to that wouid be crushing. If Arsenal collapse this off season, could be as good as us signing Eto'o/Villa etc ;) - well not quite, but still

You have got to laugh at a large percentage of Gooners that are saying they are glad Hleb is leaving. I have always thought he was one of their top players, one of my Goon mates has always rated him and is gutted he is leaving. Adebayor is a very hot and cold striker and since he shaved off his locks he hardly scored, coincidence??

Still losing Adebayor and with Eduardo crocked it would leave them with Bendtner!

They'll probably end up signing Villa or someone big if Adebayor leaves. I love hating on Arsenal as much as everyone else, but they almost won the title last year. Wenger will find them talent.

If Hleb leaves it'll be a big blow to them, he's a terrific footballer.

They still managed to qualify for the CL after Pires, Campbell, Vieira and Henry left. Hleb is a blow, but Rosciky will be back next season. Adebayor is a blow, but RVP will be fit. They will also bring in new players like Nasri etc. They aren't going to have a problem attracting top quality and Wenger rarely has a problem spottting talent, so sadly I wouldn't be too optimistic.

Agree there joey. They'll bring in Nasri (and maybe has been said, Villa), plus Walcott will be a much better player next season. With Eduardo fit, I think their season will all rest on 2 signings: a CB and a CM. Plus, maybe a keeper, but they're hardly alone in that department.

If you went on Arsenal-Mania the season before last you'd have seen him getting the same sort of stick Ghaly got on here, for similar reasons.

People have been predicting Arsenal will fall apart for two or three seasons now. They haven't. I'm not holding my breath this time.

Notions of the scums demise are always false hope while Wenger is in charge I believe. It always seems like they are on the brink (in recent times) but I believe its a pipe dream.

They may lose a couple of key players, but Fabregas will not go and a few quality guys will be brought in. At the end of the day Arsenal will be challanging for the league again next year while we are fighting for a uefa cup spot.

Ha, that was more of a jovial point! But on a serious note does Adebayor ever make the impact in a big game? If you look at someone like Drogba for Chelski he won the games against Woolwich and Liverpool this season whereas Adebayor seems to do well scoring against the lesser teams (as well as always scoring against us of course). I can't see him leaving the scum tbh but will be interesting to see how he does next season. The stats the goons are throwing up about Hleb is something like 4 assists and 2 goals this season, surprised with the assist count

I agree with all those who say that they probably won't fall apart. But.... it's a nice dream!

Arsenal as a team have lost the bottle - they can't believe what happened to Edu
and thats why they want out of the EPL.

All ok giving it out but teams have been getting at them and in their faces.
