As a Scotsman, and as a Celtic fan, I can tell you that McGregor is a better keeper than Boruc. In terms of shot stopping it's hard to choose between them (though I'd still give the edge to McGregor). Boruc, however, is a flake. He's prone to moments of insanity. In no way does Boruc have McGregor's consistency. He is the very definition of assuredness. He commands his area well. Quite honestly I think he's better than Scotland's number 1, Craig Gordon. If Spurs get him for 5 million it'll be a huge coup.

On the subject of signing McGregor, there are definitely keepers I'd rather have before AM, but if we decide he's the right keeper for us, and we can get him for £6m or under, I'd be game.

McShagger is having a great season up here! And is better than Boruc. Yeah, Boruc is a very good keeper, but as has been said, he has far too many moments of idiocy. He went up for corners in celtic's last 3 games before today. The guy is a nutjob and lets it go to his head. Far too many mistakes (some of which have cost celtic points).
