I'm sure he doesn't hate Tottenham he just knows in his current position in the company he won't achieve what he wants to achieve and he needs to join another company to achieve what he wants before he hangs up his boots.

I'm sure many of us have been in a job role looked at the progression and it's not quite exactly what we want so you have to make the decisions.

But that's a debate for another thread.....

I totally agree. Unfortunately for him, the gap between what a reluctant Levy wants and what City are willing to offer seems too big to get him the move that he wants.

If I'm going to tbh £160M is not enough for Kane, but business is business.

Oh yeah for sure. That's a price that would be hard to turn down I would have thought

Trying to salvage something from an absolute clusterfuck of a summer on his part I'd say. I'm sure he wants to win but would much prefer to be doing so with Man City.

This reads to me like planted client journalism by the club, and if so its very very well done and nice work the Spurs PR team.

Charlie Kane take note this is how to craft a narrative properly.

I'm sure spurs is and always will be his club so not surprising.
He just wants to win the league and CL and that's certainly not gonna happen here

£200 million has got to be the amount. Goals win you games, he is proving year after year in the premiership he is the star, as well as brilliant defensive play. He is un replacable for his talent..

How about we can't sell now for any amount, it's far too late.

So, when he turns out against us for Man City he'll be hoping we win?

Funny that as he doesn't really shout much on the pitch.

I think on the contrary, I genuinely believe he wanted/wants to win and win trophies with us rather than City or anyone else. BUT he knows that's unlikely right now.
