From an attacking sense (which granted is a bit of an arse backwards take on what will be a LCB but nevertheless) Bastoni, Kostic and Son is a damn near perfect left flank and will cause opposition teams nightmares in trying to mitigate.
Especially if we have Davies, Sessegnon and [Insert Name Here] as our rotation / cover players.

Surely Dier will go?! But having a settled back line over the internationals would be amazing.
It's an interesting one with Dier. He'd make an England starting back 3 easily. But a back 2, I'd be shocked if he did.

With utd, chels and city all supposedly sniffing around for cbs, still feel its difficult to go toe to toe with those 3 for one of our first choices

Feel like with someone like Bastoni it could simply come down to whether he fancies leaving Italy and playing in the Prem.

Italians are a little like the English, in that the vast majority of them tend to stay in their own league. There are currently 34 French, 34 Spanish and 29 Brazilian players in the Prem...but only 5 Italians.

In the current 40 man Italian national team listed on Wiki only 4 play abroad.

There are 5 Italians in Prem ? Jorginho and Ogbonna are all I can recall. And Gollini who basically left, I guess.

Conte wants us to act like Liverpool. This is one of those like VVD/Alisson that you push the boat out for, don't comprimise.

We’ve got a world class attack, Bremer and Bastoni along with Dier and Romero gives us a world class CB line up. Lloris is arguably still world class.

Would leave us just needing to sign Eriksen, Bissouma and a couple of Top WB’s and we would be competing for the league in my opinion.

would love Belotti on a free to back up Kane also

Stones and Maguire have had dodgy moments for England- Dier gave the ball away once or twice in his poor form but not in big games and you'd think they'd be some credit for that penalty against Colombia. This idea of Southgate to look at younger players in a WC year is pretty insulting to Dier really- he should be looking to nail down the squad.

Yeah the list also includes Emerson from Chelsea and Moise Kean who are both on loan (in Italy of course).

Next season it will probably just be the two you listed unless others come in.

I still think there's certainly a bit of a win-win for everyone involved here that's been said before but Inter in desperate need of cash get Bremer plus about 40m in profit from Bastoni coming to us. Their squad doesn't lose any quality, they get money they need, and we get our number one target for Conte.

i can kind of see why there might be a pull at Chelsea. They have won, or bee close to winning a lot more recently than us.

However, if he joined he would join a backline with Trevor Fkin Chalobah and 300 year old Tiago Silva. Azpilicueta, Rudiger and Christensen are all likely to leave

Don't forget Bentancur and Kulu coming in from Juve alongside Romero - the three seem quite close knit so one would imagine these would be the group to integrate Bastoni in the club.
I believe Bastoni and Kulu played together in the Atalanta youth teams,
Or maybe briefly in the first team

How good is this guy? Really? I've never seen him play.......

I haven't watched loads of him admittedly, but here are a few Inter fans thoughts:

However the issue with Bastoni is such players are quite unique too. That's why their cost is at strikers-tier. We lose Bastoni and we lose our way of attacking which is to push the LCB all the way to the box.

I can say Bremer is a better defender than Bastoni but the offensive output lost is massive. Ability to play with the ball, dribbling, forward runs, crossing, we can never replace these. We need to change the way we play and I'm not sure can Inzaghi pull that off.

I think Bastoni is incredibly hard to replace once you realize how good he is at everything he does. He's a top defender at the age of 23, he can make forward runs, passes well, crosses well, can play along the touchline, can play inside, and can pocket almost any player. Barella is also just as important. If we have to make a single sacrifice on this team it has to be Lautaro unfortunately. Bastoni is not replaceable, there is no other player like him.

Good luck finding a left footed cb with excellent attacking contribution who also loves the club. If you don't realise how special a player like Bastoni is (the type of player Pep freaking Guardiola KILLS to have) then i don't really know what to say to you. You will realise his importance in our game when Skriniar and Bremer throw the ball to Brozovic next season because they can't play from the back.

It really saddens me that we are even thinking about selling this guy. He's an absolute gem, really rare kind of a defender. I can see him becoming one of, if not the best, defenders in the world. He is also Italian, so if we don't force him out, he wil probably play here for another 12 years...

Bremer can't replace Bastoni. Bastoni is a lot more than just a defender for Inter. Bremer can't replace Bastoni passing or his forward runs. Replacing Bastoni would be a lot harder than people imagine. Freaking Chiellini named him as his heir in NT. The kid is special. Also Bastoni is on a low salary so it doesn't even make sense from a financial point of view.

Watching a couple of Bastoni matches after spending a week tracking players on minor leagues in Brazil for my club's u23 side and jesus, how good is this guy. Such a composed defender, providing a physical and technical dominance at the back, and, out of the blue, showing up in the final third and delivering Kostic-esque crosses. Built for Premier League (and Conte), surely.
