Doesnt matter. Madrid will activate that buy back this summer provided the appeal wont be decided until the fall and they could get Benzema off.

I just mean people have to realistic about the type of striker we bring in alongside Kane.

Where does Poch say that? So far he's never played with 2 strikers up front. A bit of a contradiction...

There is no direct quote from Pochettino where he states that he intend to play with "just" 2 strikers up front. He, out of necessity, may do that in some games but not on a regular basis.
There is now way he'll change to 4-4-2 now all of a sudden.
"Playing alongside", as the head line says - which is not a direct Poch quote - can have several meansings anyway.
Pochettino: “If you have two unbelievable strikers, then I am not stupid. Why not [play them together]? "

I can be argued what he means with 2 strikers. Playng them together doesnt necessary means he will go with just 2 strikers up fornt. Chadli, Son and, yes, even Lamela can be considered strikers as are part of the 3 attackers.

A number of Juve supporters on reddit are citing Morata as their biggest disappointment this season. One quote: "He hasnt scored for a few months now... Currently Dybala, Manzu and even Zaza are above him."

Poch has already said we won't sign a backup or alternative. The striker we sign will start but be flexible. Eg Kane can play as 10 or striker, morata would presumably play striker or wide right

He has played Ade & Soldado together, Kane & Soldado together and a few times it's looked like Kane & Son or Kane & Chadli have both played as pairing. In fact, at the Emirates last season, Ade and Chadli basically played as a pairing upfront.

He also gets players to essentially do the striker role at times. We've seen Dele several times take up the tasks which a striker would.
